We hope once you've bought your Shole products you never have to purchase one again (which sounds crazy from an ecommerce business, we know) but your water bottle or coffee cup should now be your companion for life.
If for some reason you do wish to return your item, please let us know through our Contact Us section, and someone will be in touch to process your refund or return.
You are entitled to a full refund if you return your product to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, as long as the item is unused and in its original retail packaging. In the case of unwanted items, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
